Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion – Unit 1 Conversion
The Oak Bay Kiwanis renovation was a conversion of an existing facility from 50-bed single pod facility into 3 separate pods, each with separate dining, recreation, lounge, and bathing areas. The project included new, emergency equipment and security upgrade as well as a major enhancement of exterior space.
