The Evergreen Hamlets at Fleetwood project is an 8,905 square foot addition to an existing Care Facility, upon completion the project will total 20,022 square feet. This project will add 30 ABI beds to the specialized complex care facility for a total of 66 beds. This facility also includes 7,000 square feet of commercial space which houses H&H Total Care Services offices.
