The Hamlets at Westsyde on 4.5 acres of property is a 200,000 square foot, wood-framed Senior’s Care Facility consisting of 62 assisted living suites, 112 residential complex care, dementia care and other specialized care beds complete with underground parking.

Construction started in March 2006 and was completed in various stages of occupancy with Phase 1 in September 2007 and final occupancy being in March 2008. The project featured concrete foundations with slab on grade and some over basement. The project was wood framed utilizing engineered wood products and trusses.
